siempre always
casi siempre almost always
casi todos los días almost everyday
frecuentemente/a menudo frequently/often
a veces sometimes
de vez en cuando from time to time
casi nunca almost never
nunca never
Let’s see examples:
Siempre toco la flauta, al menos una hora por día. I always play the flute, at least one hour a day.
Casi siempre practico yoga una vez por semana. Almost always, I practise yoga once a week.
Casi todos los días practico alemán. I practise German almost every day.
Frecuentemente leo también algo en español. También puedo decir: A menudo leo también algo en español. I often read also something in Spanish.
A veces salgo a caminar por la tarde. Sometimes, I go for a walk in the afternoon.
También me gusta correr de vez en cuando. I also like running from time to time.
Casi nunca voy al cine los sábados. On Saturdays, I almost never go to the cinema.
Nunca voy al gimnasio, prefiero entrenar en casa. I never go to the gym, I prefer to train at home.
