Frequently Asked Questions

How does it work?

After you contact us, we’ll set up a free first consultation meeting which will last approximately 30 minutes to know each other, learn about your needs, ascertain your level, define a strategy for your lessons and if you agree, we’ll book your first class.

When do I pay for my lessons?

You’ll pay as you go for your first individual or group lesson and after that, you’ll be offered to choose from one of our bundles with discounts.

How many students should I expect in a group class?

We run very small group classes in order to give each student the attention he or she deserves. The courses for children will have no more than 5 students and the courses for adults will have no more than 6-8 students.

What if I have to cancel and reschedule a class?

No worries, you’ll have to notify us via email not less than 48 hours before your scheduled class and we’ll make the reschedule. Be aware that if you fail to do so, the class will be charged in full, and only medical reasons along with documents to prove them will be considered.

How is the class if I do not know any single Spanish word?

Don’t worry, the teachers are native Spanish speakers, but they speak fluent and proper English.

Will I have homework?

Studying a language is a matter of immersion, that’s why you need to practise as much as possible. We will give you drills, videos, texts and different assignments for the week. If you only get one class a week, the process will be slow. You need to work with your Spanish on a daily basis. It could be only 20 minutes a day, but every single day and from now on!

What are you going to teach me?

All our courses are different because we tailor them according to your needs. However, the programme is the same for all the students. We follow the official syllabus for all the levels, from A1 to C2.

Which materials do you use?

We have a very wide range of materials; books, booklets, videos, our blog, our own materials, online pages, etc. But we always decide what is the best for our students. We do not use the same book for all of them, because the needs and the skills of every person are entirely different. We will provide you some materials and in due course we may suggest a book.

How do I get there, and is parking available?

We are located 3 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway Station which is served by Central and District Lines, and 5 minutes walk from Ealing Common Station served by Piccadilly and District Lines. Also we are 9 minutes away from Paddington Station by GWR and TfL Rail. Parking space for over 600 cars is available at the Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre only 3 minutes away.
